The Health Point Weight Loss System teaches the proper use of water, real food, protein snacks, portion control, supplements. Body movement is important and by tracking daily steps you can assist your body in burning off stored fat and reaching your goal BMI (Body Mass Index). We provide regular support and accountability to help keep on track and get though the challenges of changing habits.
At Nutrition Education Services (NES) we help you find what your inflammatory foods are, and create a rotation diet of nourishing foods that are comptible with your body chemistry. We teach you how to rotate your diet, and use moderate exercise and muscle strengthing to help your body burn off the excess stored fat.
