Urine PH

The PH of your urine is an excellent indicator of your health.
Normal PH should be between 6.5 and 7.5
Too acid a PH and you have an inflammed chemistry and need more alkaline foods and less stress.
Too alkaline a PH and you dont have enough acid to fight off infection.
Balance is the key and your body works hard to keep your PH in balance.
Testing this regularly at home is a great way to get a quick picture of your health.

Food is medicine and the proper balance of acid/alkaline foods in your diet with exercise, sleep and fluids makes for a health body chemistry.
