Individualized Programs

Everyone is an individual and no two body chemistries respond in exactly the same way to food, stress, lifestyle, supplements.

We do a thorough intake history of stressors, food intake, sleep patterns, exercise, symptoms, fluids, elimination.

We then do in office testing to get initial feedback on the condition of your body chemistry.

We then work with our clients to plan a program that will move them from the walking wounded to optimal health.

Many folks would like to feel better, have more energy, get their weight under control naturally and permenantly and know how to use food and food supplements to support their body chemistry.

Examples of using knowledge of food and fluids to control symptoms.

  • Many times dehydration can cause headaches.  Start with a glass of clean water and take some deep breaths and see how you feel.
  • Did you feel tired after breakfast? Did you have cereal and milk?  Tomorrow have eggs and whole grain toast and perhaps the increased protein will help you feel better.
  • Is your child out of control with poor attention and too much energy at the wrong times?  Look at the sugar and grain intake and rotate the diet with more protein and essential fatty acids. Many times this helps the brain calm down and behavior improves.

With over 35 years experience in assisting individuals and families become healthier, I can teach you many 'little' things that can be done to tweak the food intake so no one is upset and everyone feels better.
