Body Composition Analysis

Body Composition testing is important so we know how healthy we are. How much of us is skleton, muscle and fat.
Body Mass Index numbers are a great indicator of optimal health.
Women should be under 30 and between 18 and 23 is ideal.
If someone weighs 200 and their body mass index is 30 then 30% of their total weight is fat.
Fat is where toxins are stored and a source of much inflammation.

Ideally, we should not be more than 20% over our ideal weight and of that total weight, ideally we need to be less than 25% fat.

This is an easy test and is a cornerstone for understanding our health.
