Ms. Jones spent the first ten years of her career in social service, administering public welfare programs, doing intake screening in a public mental health clinic, and conducting group therapy for alcohol and substance abuse clients.
After suffering from debilitating Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ms. Jones went through body chemistry balancing and became symptom free. She decided to change her career and work to help others become healthy again.

In 1975, she founded Nutrition Education Services (NES) in Kirkland, Washington. While serving as the director of the Department of Nutrition for Pacific West Sport and Racquet Clubs in the Puget Sound area, she coordinated health risk and dietary analyses programs, organized product development, as well as managed in-house chiropractic services.
Ms. Jones relocated her practice to Austin, Texas in 1987. She became a Board Certified Clinical Nutritionist in 1991 and a Board Certified Traditional Naturopath in 1998. (Not recognized in Vermont) She opened her New England practice in 2002. She maintains up to 40 hours annually of continuing education through the IAACN, and IFM. |
